Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after processing hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier, and a tracking number will be provided when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimated and begin after the 1–2 business day processing period.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High-volume periods or holidays

We do our best to ship quickly, but we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships:

  • Updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

  • Reaching out to us so we can assist where possible

Once marked delivered, responsibility for the package rests with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we’re always willing to help guide you through next steps.
