We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, change of mind, dissatisfaction, or accidental orders

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before purchasing

  • Ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at manhunt4rodolo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, theoppositeofclean.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of this policy and order fulfillment.
